All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or shipping delays due to external factors (e.g., courier delays or public holidays), we’ll notify you by email.

If you offer local pickup:

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Kobura Padel is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
