Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted. We’ll refund the difference to the account used for the original purchase.
It’s your responsibility to send the racket back to us — we recommend sharing the track and trace information once you do.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU)

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
